Credit card guarantees are the same as a deposit and 30% of all reservation bookings are non-refundable regardless if you pay by credit card or cash. If you cancel your reservation after submitting this form we reserve the right to charge you credit card 30% of the total booking price quoted to you. In most cases we will give you a credit for future bookings, or we will refund your 30% if the limo you rented gets booked on the night you booked it for.

Airport Pick Ups: Clients must call driver when you land and ready for pick up outside of baggage claim. Your driver will call & text you before you land and he will leave you his cell number so you can return his call when you are curbside and ready for your pick up. Airport Security will not allow limousines to wait outside baggage claim or to circle the airport looking for you. Our limousines have to wait for your call in the limousine holding lot per LAX and SNA Airport terms and conditions. Your cell number is our only way to contact you and you will not be charged if you are a NO SHOW or if we cannot reach you on your cell phone. Meet & Greet Receptions are availible in baggage claim for $10 extra. However, if you require a larger limos we cannot park in the airport parking structure for Meet & Greet pick ups, these are only allowed in our smaller limousine.
